Beni Suef University Council held with video conferencing technology

The University Council of Beni Suef held its monthly meeting No. (184) today, headed by Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University and in the presence of Vice-Presidents of the University, deans of colleges, the Secretary-General of the University and members of the council, through video conferencing technology.

Dr. Mansour Al-Majlis started by offering condolences to the family of Mr. Abu Bakr Muhammad, a nursing technician at the Beni Suef University Hospital, calling on the Almighty to grant him the best of his mercy and inspire patience and solace. He directed a committee from the university’s administration to communicate with his family to check on their conditions and living conditions, stressing that the door of his office is open to them and that he will not fail to provide all aspects of support to them.

Dr. Mansour also started the session by appraising the Egyptian state’s decisions that it had taken in the interests of citizens and all the efforts made, and discussed a number of files and priority issues aimed at improving the functioning of the work system and the services provided, including the promotions of faculty members in various colleges. During the meeting, college deans presented reports on the minutes College councils, Vice-Presidents of the University also presented reports pertaining to education, students, postgraduate studies, research, cultural relations, community service and environmental development affairs, and the council discussed the progress of work of special units and the University Establishments Committee.
